工作职责:
l build up efficient communication with sales team and ensure a stable data quality standard in the crm system
与销售团队建立有效沟通并保证crm系统的数据保持稳定并合规
l enable a systematic forecasting system and de-centralized leadership of jfy sales team by providing kpi’s to senior management
确保一个系统性的预估和分析系统并向上级管理层提供kpi指标以便分区管理jfy的销售团队
l in the role of key user, train new users and provide first level support to jfy crm users with all the relevant datas
作为crm用户,协助维护jfycrm系统内信息及数据,并为jfy的crm用户提供支持和分析数据
l ensure that the core processes of jfy sales and the crm system are in line and match the required group standard
确保jfy销售相关主要流程与crm系统应用时的一致性并符合集团要求
l implement new management tools/methods for further improving the efficiency of the jfy local sales teams应用新的管理工具或方法来协助提高jfy本地销售团队的效率
l regular trainings to sales management and sales team to ensure the data quality and to maintain quality standards in terms of processes and kpi’s.
协助对销售经理和销售团队定期培训以确保系统数据质量,维护标准销售流程与kpi指标
l other tasks assigned by immediate manager
负责完成直属主管和领导安排的其他的工作任务
岗位要求:
专业:
mechanical engineering, business administration or economics
机械工程、企业管理、金融等专业
工作经历:
2-3 years working experience in a sales environment, experience in process management, crm or inside sales support
2-3年销售环境工作经验;有流程管理,crm系统或内部销售支持经验
工作技能:
fluent in oral and written english
熟练掌握英语
word, excel and ppt skiles
熟练word,excel和ppt技能
diligent and process oriented working style
工作勤奋,以流程为导向
able to communicate efficiently with local and oversea staff and management
能够与国内及国外员工及管理层建立有效沟通
